ENAMELING
Enameling is an adventure of its own.
These days it’s an almost forgotten kind of workmanship.
Every time it is a surprise to see how the red glowing glass right out the oven cools down in spectacular colors.
Do not think it is always a success when it comes out of the oven.
Countless times I had a wonderful piece in my hands when suddenly the glass starts to crack from the surface of the copper.
I hate to hear the high tone of the breaking glass when it starts to crack.
It gives me more excitement when I get the next enamel jewel out of the oven!!!
