Start with designing the layout of the Bolo
First, I made a drawing of a Stetson figure.
I have placed this in the round and I draw the outline of the Stetson in the middle.
After this I have bend with the aid of pliers and a tweezers the round and flat copper cloisonné wire.
The outline of the Stetson is made from flat cloisonné wire and the band I made from round cloisonné wire.

I made from a small piece of paper a device to keep a small area on the copper free of enamel powder.

Place the round on a nut and sift the counter enamel on the art piece.

Remove, with the aid of the tweezers, the paper from the art piece.
Remove spilled counter enamel powder with the wipe-out stick.

After burning the backside, then the front must be sifted with cherry red and burned.
Repeat this 3 times.
In this way there will be a nice thick layer of enamel.
