Enamel is comprised a pattern of birds and animals on a floral background in light blue, green, yellow and red.

Enamel is often with a copper base, including bowls, key chain, vases, spoon and etc.

The process of enmelling is not very complicated.

First our company chooses a metallic substrate like copper and shape by expert coppersmith, this layer is the base of enamel, then the body is covered with a glaze.

Next we heat it at a maximum temperature of 750 C degrees.

The glazed and heated metal body is now ready for any kind of design.

This step is called painting with magic color.

After the painting is complete, we send them back to the furnace but this time temperature is about 800 C degrees.

Now the enamel is ready for using.
