The powerful ABIG 180 muffle kiln with all-round heating in a compact design is equipped with a thermal insulation panel in the swing door. The high heating capacity of the device enables all firing techniques to be carried out in the firing range from 400°C to 1.100°C, as well as glass, enamel, and ceramic firing, and the annealing and hardening of metals and tools.

Appropiate controls
There are several types of controls available for this kiln.

ABIG Temperture regulator

The ABIG Energize Controller regulates the current supply automatically through rhythmic activation and deactivation.
When the controller is switched on, the control lights up and then goes off according to the rhythm set.
By adding this appliance, you can achieve almost every constant temperature in every ABIG kiln so it is possible to stove glass and ceramic painting.
The temperature controller is strongly recommended for every kiln since only then can the many functional possibilities of the enamel kilns be used to the full and the service life of the heating spirals is increased considerably.

Connect the temperature regulating device:

1. Plug the connector from the kiln into the socket of the temperature regulating device.
2. Plug the connetor from the temperature regulating device into the wall socket.

ABIG Temperature measuring device

This temperature measuring instrument can be connected to all ABIG electric kilns and serve to determine the temperature inside the kiln.

The connection of the measuring instruments is very simple.
At the back of the kiln is a connection device, into which the temperature sensors of the measuring instrument is inserted.
Via a thermo element, this instrument transfers a temperature range of 20 degrees celsius to 1200 degrees celsius is clearly marked.

For regulating the desired temperature, we recommend that the ABIG temperature regulator be switched on before the kiln.
